Arizona Sues Federal Government for Failing to Enforce Immigration Laws
Gov. Jan Brewer of Arizona said the Obama administration had failed to prevent illegal immigrants from crossing the border in huge numbers and had stuck the state with the cost of dealing with its failed policies.
