Emanuel Leads by 30 Points in Chicago Mayor's Race

Rahm Emanuel, the former White House chief of staff, leads his nearest rival by 30 percentage points in the race to become the next mayor of Chicago on Feb. 22, according to the latest Chicago Tribune/WGN poll.
