Digital media software firm Adobe Systems late Tuesday posted results that topped views, but it lowered its outlook on weaker sales to Japan in the wake of that country's devastating earthquake. Adobe (ADBE) shares were up a fraction after hours, following the release of its fiscal Q1 results and Q2 outlook. Adobe shares rose 1.7% in the regular session to 32.88. The maker of Photoshop, Acrobat and other products said it earned 58 cents a share,
